Dignity and safety come first.
FFHII is committed to creating respectful environments and reducing the risk of harm, exploitation, abuse and harassment in activities involving communities.
Our safeguarding principles
We aim to treat children, young people and adults at risk with dignity and respect; plan activities with safety in mind; respond seriously to concerns; protect confidentiality appropriately; and work with responsible partners and personnel.
Raising a concern
A dedicated safeguarding reporting contact and procedure will be published after FFHII formally approves the responsible focal person and reporting process. Until then, safeguarding concerns should not be submitted through public story or donation forms.
Children and photography
Images and stories involving children should only be published with appropriate authorization and with attention to dignity, privacy and safety.
